Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, payments, deliveries, accounts, and agreements made through the Havenly Skin website. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Products and information

Wij streven ernaar dat alle productinformatie op de website van Havenly Skin correct, volledig en actueel is. Productafbeeldingen, verpakkingen, ingrediëntenlijsten, specificaties en beschikbaarheid kunnen echter zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd. Klanten dienen vóór gebruik altijd de informatie op de productverpakking te raadplegen. Alle informatie over huidverzorging die op deze website wordt gepubliceerd, is uitsluitend bedoeld voor algemene informatiedoeleinden en vormt geen medisch advies, diagnose of behandeling.

Orders and payment

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and initiate payment. Havenly Skin reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if payment cannot be verified, products are unavailable, customer information is incorrect or incomplete, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Payments are processed securely through Mollie or another payment service provider displayed during checkout.

Prices and invoices

All prices displayed on the Havenly Skin website are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before the order is finalized and payment is completed. Once payment has been successfully processed, an invoice will be generated. Customers with an account can access their invoices through their account dashboard. Customers who place an order as a guest will receive their invoice by email.

Delivery

Havenly Skin delivers to the countries displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed. In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Right of Withdrawal

At Havenly Skin, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the products. Once we have received the returned products, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original order. The direct costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service team at contactus@havenly-skin.com. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, certain cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, or unsealed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products whose protective seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested.

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken.

Products that are returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition remain eligible for withdrawal and refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the product and its packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we may, where appropriate:

  • Send a replacement product;

  • Ship any missing items;

  • Or provide a full or partial refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, any approved refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Before returning any products, please contact our customer service team so that we can provide the correct return instructions and ensure efficient processing of your return request.

Refunds

Where the right of withdrawal applies, Havenly Skin will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs of the original order within the legally required period, using the original payment method where possible. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Complaints and defects

If a product is damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@havenly-skin.com. Please include your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not misuse the Havenly Skin website, attempt to bypass or interfere with security measures, upload malicious software or harmful code, perform automated scraping or data extraction without prior written permission, or use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havenly Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or other economic losses arising from the use of the website or products. Havenly Skin is also not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products, failure to follow product instructions, or use of products contrary to their intended purpose.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. However, if you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact Havenly Skin first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably and in good faith before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Havenly Skin reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
